Good Morning people.

INSOMNIA
This is for all the sleepless people and for all your sleepless days and how bad you wish you could sleep :)

Im sure you have heard of the remedy if you can't sleep- COUNT SHEEP.
But does that really work? I tried it before and i was pretty much awake still counting sheep.

ShilaLABELLAVITA did you try counting sheep? =P
Here are some PROVEN ways which you could do if you really can't sleep.


1) Take a warm bath
This helps the body to relax. Don't shower too long. Your purpose of showering is just to relax those muscles and nerves.

2) Get a massage
Ask you mum/dad/brother/sister/spouse to massage your body. A nice backrub or head massage will do. But if he/she could give you a full body massage, that'll be great.

3) Drink warm milk
I tried drinking cold milk and it also works :) Milk helps your body to relax. Calcium in milk helps to relax your nerves.

4) Listen to relaxing music
It wouldn't be called relaxing music for nothing.

5) Drink warm herbal tea
Chamomile or fennel tea works :)
